A month of receiving blessings we have from God, to pray for ourselves and others
Monday, May 3. “But blessed is the one who trust in the Lord, whose confidence is in him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit” (Jeremiah 17:7-8).
Tuesday, May 4. “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law” (Galatians 5:22-23). Praise God for the blessings we have because of the Spirit in our lives.
Wednesday, May 5. “And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:19).
Thursday, May 6. ”Taste and see that the Lord is good: blessed is the one who takes refuge in him” (Psalm 34:8).
Friday, May 7. “The eternal God is your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms” (Deuteronomy 33:27a).
Saturday, May 8. “God saw that he had made, and it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morning-the sixth day” (Genesis 1:31-2:1). Thank you, Lord, for the good gift you have given us in creation.
Sunday, May 9. “The Lord reigns forever, your God, O Zion, for all generations. Praise the Lord” (Psalm 146:10).
